T.J. Logan scores TD as Larry Fedora wins USFL debut; Bug Howard scores in loss

Former UNC football coach Larry Fedora won his United States Football League debut with the help of T.J. Logan’s running. Their New Orleans breakers beat the Philadelphia Stars 23-17 Sunday in the first weekend of action for the new spring football league. For the Stars, tight end Bug Howard had three catches, including a 10-yard touchdown reception.
