Cheaters will be cheaters, Mack Brown says, and Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) has given them another vehicle to do just that. "It wasn’t supposed to be used for recruiting inducements – it is. It wasn’t supposed to be used for pay-for-play – it is. Some people are saying, ‘If you do this, you’re going to get paid for it.’ That was not the way NIL was set up."
