Welcome back to the bad old days at Rutgers. Die-hard fans know the drill. The quarterback hands out interceptions as if they were part of a promotional giveaway. The secondary acts as if it's afraid to get near a receiver. And, of course, the biggest indictment of all: Sound fundamental play almost appears to be an accident. It's ugly again in Piscataway, folks. (NJ.com)
