UNC blasted Georgia State, 59-17, last season at Kenan Stadium, but if the Tar Heels’ defensive struggles continue, that could make Saturday a more difficult challenge than last year. The Panthers have become a contender in the Sun Belt under coach Shawn Elliott, with three straight winning seasons and four bowl appearances in the last five years.
