Pitt basketball freshman Dior Johnson charged with assault, indefinitely suspended from team


Highly touted Pittsburgh Panthers freshman basketball player is facing numerous charges for an incident that took place on the evening of Sept. 5 and the morning of Sept. 6, 2022. The complaint states that Johnson, 18, is facing charges of aggravated assault, strangulation, unlawful restraint, simple assault and false imprisonment. (Pittsburgh Post-Gazette)
