UNC and Virginia will face off in the 127th edition of the South's Oldest Rivalry. Only Minnesota and Wisconsin's battle for Paul Bunyan's Axe has been played more often (131 times) among FBS rivalries. UNC is 26-26 all-time on the road against Virginia. The Cavaliers have won the last two meetings at Scott Stadium in 2018, 22-19, and in 2020, 44-41.
