Casey Nogueira's two goals pace No. 2 Tar Heels
Posted Oct 3, 2008
The Tar Heels (10-1-1) were too quick and too overpowering offensively for the eighth-ranked Blue Devils (9-2-1), who fell behind 1-0 early in the first half and could not match their opponents shot for shot, even as they tightened defensively and produced seven shots on goal in the second half. The Heels were simply too much. They finished with 15 shots and seven corner kicks.
