National Champion! Aranza Vazques Becomes First UNC Diver to Win NCAA Title

History was made Thursday at the NCAA Women's Swimming and Diving Championships, as Aranza Vazquez became the first UNC diver to win a national title. Vasquez, the top seed who led after every round during finals, totaled 358.75 for the win, over 18 points ahead of the field. The junior earned bronze on in 2022 and silver in 2021.
