Honoring three generations at Julian's clothing store on Franklin Street


"The dean of Franklin Street." That's what former UNC Chancellor Paul Hardin called Maurice Julian on the 50th anniversary of the opening of Julian’s College Shop. The traditional preppy clothing store has been owned and operated by the Julian family for 80 years. Currently, it's owned by Maurice's son and award-winning designer . (Daily Tar Heel)
