Owners of small businesses at 306 W. Franklin St. face possible relocation, closure


Development plans for the Chapel Hill Life Sciences Center at 306 West Franklin Street have drawn much of the community's attention to the small businesses currently located there. The concept plan for the center is still in an early consideration phase by the Chapel Hill Town Council, but the current development includes lab, office, and retail spaces. (Daily Tar Heel)
