UNC Baseball Season Ends With Extra-Inning NCAA Tournament Loss To Iowa

North Carolina couldn’t climb out of the losers’ bracket this time around in the NCAA Tournament. The Tar Heels’ baseball season ended with a 6-5 loss to Iowa in 13 innings on Sunday in a regional elimination game at Bob Warn Field, as another late rally wasn’t enough against the Hawkeyes. Iowa dealt UNC both of its defeats in this Terre Haute Regional. (Inside Carolina)
