Pete Thamel ranked the three most attractive college football programs for conference realignment, and said Notre Dame is the most desirable program for the Big Ten. The next most desirable program for the Big Ten and SEC would be North Carolina. "No. 2, because where they're located in the markets, and the great brand, North Carolina is No. 2." (Athlon Sports)
