UNC men's basketball moves up one spot in AP Top 25 poll after two road victories

North Carolina jumped to a season-high No. 7 in the Associated Press Top 25 men’s basketball poll Monday after a pair of ACC road wins last week. The Tar Heels (11-3, 3-0) won at Pitt 70-57 and at Clemson, which dropped five spots to No. 21, 65-55 on Saturday. It’s the highest ranking for UNC since being No. 1 for the first three polls last season. (Tar Heel Tribune)
