Most every kid shooting hoops in the backyard has envisioned themselves at the free throw line with a championship to win. Miss the shot, and you just do it again. Joe Quigg had only one chance on that March 23, 1957, evening with six seconds remaining in the third overtime against Wilt Chamberland-led Kansas in the NCAA finals at Kansas City, Missouri.
