Trimane Goddard Named 2nd Team All-America

UNC safety Trimane Goddard has been named to the 2008 Walter Camp All-America second team. The Walter Camp team is the oldest All-America squad in the nation, now in its 119th season honoring players across the country. Goddard is the first Tar Heel to earn All-America honors since center Jason Brown in 2004. Goddard is tied for the national lead with seven interceptions. He also has 48 tackles, five pass breakups, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
