Mack Brown says UNC is behind in NIL. Now it is making changes to get better.


North Carolina football coach has not hid his concerns about the Tar Heels' efforts over the last three years in name, image, and likeness. "We've been way behind," Brown told reporters last week. "You've got to have a strategic plan and you got to follow through with the plan. We haven't done that." Now, the athletic department hopes it has. (WRAL Sports Fan)
