Students, alumni, and residents gather for Halloween on Franklin Street in Chapel Hill


Unique costumes flooded Franklin Street Thursday night as University of North Carolina students and alumni, and Chapel Hill residents celebrated Halloween. One trio of friends, including sophomore Ava Sharon, dressed up as Jimmy Buffet, a fish and a fisherman. She and her friends hoped for plenty of excitement for their second Halloween in Chapel Hill.
