Tar Heels Aim to Clinch Bowl Eligibility Against Wake Forest Saturday Night

North Carolina can clinch bowl eligibility by defeating Wake Forest on Saturday at Kenan Stadium (8 p.m., ACC Network). The Demon Deacons (4-5 overall, 2-3 ACC standings) are coming off a 46-36 home loss to California. That served as the first ACC victory for the Golden Bears, one of three new conference members playing their first season in the ACC.
