North Carolina ended the 2008 calendar year in “The Biggest Little City in the World,” putting the final touches on an 84-61 victory over Nevada just as the East Coast was celebrating the New Year late Wednesday night. led the Tar Heels with 22 points, while added 15 points and contributed 11 points and seven assists.
