College football bowl preview: Storylines to know and players to watch

UConn had its best football season since 2010, finishing 8-4. It was another step up for a program now in a bowl game for the second time in three seasons under coach Jim Mora Jr. For UNC, the bowl game is a chance to erase the bad taste of the season. But the future of North Carolina football won't begin until a new head coach can take the reins.
