Ty Lawson doesn't have to listen to Roy Williams anymore. There's no need. For the better part of three years, the Carolina head coach has been telling his point guard that playing suffocating defense alters a game. Williams has referenced Raymond Felton's impact on the 2005 team. Now, none of that is necessary. On this day, perhaps, Wayne Ellington won the game with his seven second-half three-pointers. But Lawson changed the game.
