Entering the 2025 season, UNC Football has a clearer picture of what its roster will look like. The Tar Heels lost 23 players in the spring transfer portal and 39 total. While UNC still can add to its roster, the spring window is closed, and the number of outgoing players is set. Here is a breakdown of the offensive production the Tar Heels lose in 2025.
