UNC Men’s Soccer Plays to Scoreless Draw at No. 5 NC State


In front of a record-setting crowd at NC State’s Dail Soccer Field, UNC held firm against the No. 5 Wolfpack and earned a scoreless draw to begin ACC play. Carolina goalkeeper Andrew Cordes made a season-high seven saves on the night, including one in the 88th minute to stop NC State’s last, best chance and preserve the 0-0 score. (Chapelboro.com)
