5-star PG Deron Rippey Jr. cancels Alabama visit this weekend

Deron Rippey Jr., one of the top point guards in the 2026 class, will no longer make the trip to Alabama this weekend for an official visit. It is TBD whether Rippey will reschedule. Earlier this month, the 6-foot-2 point guard included the Tide in his top ten, along with Duke, Kentucky, Louisville, Miami, UNC, NC State, Syracuse, Tennessee, and Texas. (On3.com)
