No. 3 UNC Field Hockey Handles No. 2 Virginia In Top-5 Road Victory


A fourth quarter goal from Charly Bruder proved to be the difference as No. 3 North Carolina took home the 1-0 upset win over No. 2 Virginia on Friday (Highlights). The Tar Heels (11-1, 4-1 ACC) handed the Cavaliers their first loss of the season after a defensive battle was broken up by Bruder's strike. Carolina has 14 of the last 15 in the series.
