3. North Carolina: After overturning a huge portion of UNC’s roster last spring, Bill Belichick is poised to do so again after the 2025 season. The Tar Heels are bringing in 40 high school and junior college recruits this offseason. The group features 10 blue-chippers, but the Tar Heels will be counting on development of some lower-rated recruits as well.
