The Miami Hurricanes had third-ranked North Carolina on the ropes and had all the ingredients in place again Sunday night to get another résumé-building victory. They had Tyler Hansbrough under control, the nation's No. 2 scoring offense sputtering and Jack McClinton en route to 35 points -- his third consecutive 30-point game. The Canes had everything but the finish. That belonged to Ty Lawson.
