Chapel Hill Regional Opponent Breakdown: VCU

UNC Baseball will open the Chapel Hill Regional on Friday against VCU, a team the Tar Heels beat 13-3 in seven innings earlier this season. The Rams enter at 37-23 (20-10 in the Atlantic 10), finishing second in the regular season before winning the A-10 tournament title. With an RPI of 82, VCU has the best RPI of any No. 4 seed in the NCAA field. (USA Today)
