Ty Lawson injures big toe in Friday practice

UNC point guard Ty Lawson left practice early on Friday after injuring his left, big toe. He was given a crutch to take the pressure off of the injury and taken for x-rays. The x-rays were negative and showed no break. UNC sports information director Steve Kirschner confirmed the injury to WRAL and said Lawson "is expected to practice tomorrow." Until then, it is not known how much, if any, Lawson will be limited because of the injury. (WRAL Sports Fan)
