When G.J. Crescione received a call that one of the TVs at a bagel shop in Newton, New Jersey, was broken, he scurried to the store. Crescione, a former Delaware wide receiver and owner of a marketing company, was expecting to fix one of his advertising screens and maybe grab a bagel.
