ACC Player Of The Year

North Carolina forward began the season as the prime candidate to claim top individual honors in the ACC and the nation for the second consecutive season. He was all the rage back in November. But an injury slowed him early in the season, and it actually allowed the Tar Heels to take on a little bit of a different look. Less dependent on Hansbrough, Carolina became more balanced offensively. And developed into a conference player of the year candidate as a result. (Buster Sports)
