North Carolina Enters Sweet 16 Favored to Win NCAA Tournament

The University of North Carolina, with two double-digit wins and point guard Ty Lawson back in the lineup, remains favored by Las Vegas oddsmakers to win the men’s college basketball tournament. North Carolina, which is among the final 16 teams for the third straight year, has odds of 2-1 to win the championship, according to Las Vegas Consultants, which advises Nevada sports books on betting lines.
