Perhaps it’s not the greatest thing for UNC’s pure and prestigious image that Ty Lawson is eager to get to Detroit later this week for entertainment purposes. Sure, there’s that whole Final Four thing going down in the Motor City. But North Carolina’s mischievous sparkplug — the ACC Player of the Year and the Most Outstanding Player of the South Regional — is also giddy to spend some time in the casino during his downtime.
