Let’s say either Ty Lawson, Wayne Ellington or both decide to return, copying the path taken by Florida’s Oh-Fours after their 2006 title. Freshman 6-foot-10 post player Ed Davis has already announced he’s returning. (One quote from the Spartans’ Tom Izzo to underscore the importance of Davis: “As he gets more physical, I think he’s got a chance to probably be their next great, great one.”) Oh, great.
