Another part of what makes UNC so fortunate to have Williams is that no head coach works harder individually at recruiting. As time progresses, many head coaches turn the mundane details of recruiting to assistants -- the endless plane flights and long sits in the stands, watching a prospect, as much to be seen watching as to see. Not Williams.
