John Wall won’t build history for N.C. colleges

Basketball, as a balanced group North Carolina Tar Heels proved by winning the national championship in Detroit last month, is still a team game. And yet, every now and then, along comes an individual so good and so talented that he has the ability to lift a team or a program to greater heights all by himself. Is John Wall that kind of player? That has yet to be seen. According to recruiting expert Rob Harrington of prepstar.com, Wall isn’t the kind of player who will come in and make a team an instant championship contender.
