Dustin Ackley clubbed two home runs and Levi Michael delivered the defensive play of the game to lead UNC past Duke last night in the ACC baseball tournament's first round. UNC grabbed an 8-3 win at Durham Bulls Athletic Park to improve to 42-14. Ackley, a junior first baseman from Walnut Cove, put UNC ahead for good when he drilled Christopher Manno's eighth pitch of the game to right center 11 rows into the stands.
