Ty Lawson attends predraft workouts with Pistons

Point guard Ty Lawson from national champion North Carolina was probably the biggest name to workout for the Detroit Pistons this week. Lawson, a lightning quick penetrator that excels in transition, would be a candidate for the Pistons’ first-round pick (15th overall). Lawson’s knock is his 6-foot frame and questions about his ability to play defense at the NBA level.
