UNC is headed back to the College World Series for the fourth-consecutive season after dominating ECU, 9-3, for the second straight day. Junior third-baseman Kyle Seager put the Tar Heels on the scoreboard early, hitting a two-out, bases-loaded single for a 2-0 lead in the third inning. Three-time All-America Dustin Ackley made the outcome all but a formality with a three-run bomb over the left field wall to cap a five-run sixth inning.
