ACC Keeps NBA Draft Pipeline Flowing (I of III)
Posted Jun 22, 2009
Ty Lawson, the ACC’s player of the year after averaging 16.6 points and 6.6 assists with a 3.5:1 assist/turnover ratio, could be the first ACC player drafted this time. But he is a great example of a player who will appeal a lot to some teams, and not at all to others. There are more highly rated point guards and combo guards in this draft than similarly heralded players from any other position.
