North Carolina finally figured out a way yesterday to beat Clemson this season without the need of overtime and captured the ACC Tournament championship for the second consecutive season. UNC took an 86-81 victory at Bobcats Arena by breaking Clemson’s pressure defense behind Ty Lawson and Wayne Ellington and building a lead with the determined play inside of Tyler Hansbrough, named the tournament MVP.
