UNC's Ed Davis, Larry Drew hurting

Center Ed Davis and point guard Larry Drew of North Carolina did not practice yesterday because of injuries, and their status for Wednesday's home game against Wake Forest is uncertain. Davis injured his left ankle twice in Saturday's 73-71 loss to Georgia Tech, and Drew hyperextended his right knee. Williams said that Davis' ankle was swollen Sunday. Drew was limping around Sunday, according to Williams. (Winston-Salem Journal)
