Calmer Drew gives Carolina a wow factor
Posted Jan 30, 2010
The biggest shot in the State-Carolina game was one where I just jotted “Wow!” in my notes beside the number 11. No. 11, of course, being Larry Drew for North Carolina. Right when N.C. State had stolen momentum and had the crowd hopeful, Carolina swung the ball to the right-hand corner and Drew swished a three-pointer from right in front of the Tar Heel bench, as calm a shot as you could imagine. He caught it, rose up, and wham.
