Wayne Ellington, Ty Lawson honored
Posted Feb 14, 2010
Former UNC point guard Ty Lawson did not hesitate when asked if being in Chapel Hill on Saturday was better than being in Dallas for the NBA All-Star game. "Yeah, way better," said Lawson, who plays for the Denver Nuggets. "That's why I'm here instead of All-Star weekend." Lawson and Wayne Ellington, teammates on the 2009 national championship squad, had their jerseys honored before Saturday's game against N.C. State.
