Ty Lawson helps Heels
Posted Mar 2, 2008
After a hesitant first half, Ty Lawson used his still-returning quickness and defense to help the third-ranked Tar Heels overcome Tyrese Rice's career-high 46 points and an 18-point deficit at Conte Forum. UNC's 90-80 come-from-behind victory secured the team's best road record (12-0) since 1983-84, marked its sixth straight win, and kept it tied with Duke for first place in the ACC standings.
