No. 2 North Carolina overcame an 18-point second-half deficit and Tyrese Rice’s career-high 46 points to emerge victorious with a 90-80 win. But in a game full of storylines, perhaps none were bigger for the Tar Heels than the return of starting point guard Ty Lawson. Rice single-handedly outscored the Tar Heels 20-10 during a 5-minute, 19-second stretch in the first 10 minutes of the game.
