The lofty athletic goals are posted on James McAdoo’s wall: Olympic gold-medalist. No. 1 NBA draft pick. But there’s one goal McAdoo hopes to cross off this week: winning a state championship. McAdoo this season is averaging 23 points, 11 rebounds and three blocks. A top player nationally in the Class of 2011 – one recruiting service has him at No. 3 – he already has committed to North Carolina.
