DB Jeremy Cash commits to Ohio State
Posted Apr 19, 2010
Plantation (FL) defensive back Jeremy Cash became the 9th member of the 2011 [Ohio State] class when he called Jim Tressel earlier today and informed him of his desire to play in real football weather. The 6-2 Cash, projected as a safety at the next level, caught the eye of scouts after a stellar sophomore campaign in which he posted 82 tackles, nine sacks and an interception. The south Florida prospect was also drawing interest from heavies such as Miami, Florida State, Nebraska, Tennessee, Alabama and others, receiving offers from most of these schools.
