ACC Football Pre-Season Predictions
Posted Apr 22, 2010
The Tar Heels return one of the top defenses in the nation. They could have the best D-line, linebackers and secondary in this conference. But is it enough to overcome the deficiencies on offense — especially at quarterback? The tough games are at home, however, with Georgia Tech, Clemson and Virginia Tech all coming to Chapel Hill. The luster has certainly worn off the Butch Davis hiring, so this could be a make a break season for North Carolina.
