Uncle of new Heel Knox talks about transfer process

Knox may be giddy about joining the UNC program, especially given the serendipitous circumstances that allowed this to happen. But he won't be wide-eyed about playing college basketball on a big stage. And that, as much as anything, is reason for Carolina coach to breathe a sigh of relief this week. Knox won't arrive in Chapel Hill until August. In order to be eligible to play for the Tar Heels, he must first complete 12 hours of coursework to earn his degree in business management from Alabama.
